Uppsala County Council reduced amount of lost calls and shortened queuing times for patients calling in to the central switchboard using Teleopti Pro.

SJ (Swedish Rail) upgrades to the latest version of Teleopti CCC, including Payroll integration with their salary system for all groups of staff. SJ has in connection with the upgrade chosen to expand their implementation of Teleopti CCC to also include functions outside the contact centre; travel agencies, depot staff and the traffic control. After the expansion, SJ will all in all do the resource planning for 1000 people. As a part of their Enterprise WFM solution, SJ will integrate Teleopti CCC with the CFM (Customer Flow Management) solution from Teleopti partner Q-Matic in order to do volume forecasting of the visitors at the travel agencies.
