Dear Teleopti friend,

After a long and cold winter we are now looking forward to a nice and warm spring season.

There is a lot on the Teleopti Agenda for 2010. First of all we are looking forward to the Teleopti Global Forum, 19-21st of April. The Program offers a lot of interesting seminars, experience exchange and a lot of fun activities too.

Another exciting happening is the sponsorship of the Swedish Pavillion of the World Expo in Shanghai, May 1st to October 31st. Read more about that in this Newsletter.

for the 5th consecutive year

The credit is collected by Dun & Bradstreet and is based on approximately 2,400 decision parameters. Only limited companies can become triple-A rated. The company turnover must exceed 2 M SEK, have existed for at least 4 years and the ratios need to be substantially higher than industry average.

World Expo 2010 in Shanghai

Teleopti is an Official sponsor of the World Expo in Shanghai, May 1st to October 31st.


It is expected to be the biggest Expo ever. A total of 228 countries and international organisations have so far announced their participation. The arrangers estimate that 70 million people will visit Expo 2010 during its six month duration, with 95 per cent of the visitors being Chinese.


The theme of Expo 2010 is "Better City, Better Life," representing the common wish of the whole humankind for a better living in future urban environments.

On September 6th we will invite Chinese customers and prospects to the spectacular Swedish pavilion for a half day seminar and dinner.

Teleopti replaces competitor at Telenor

Telenor Sweden already uses Teleopti CCC to do the resource planning of the staff in their inhouse customer service. After insourcing the customer service of Glocalnet and Bredbandsbolaget they are replacing the system these companies were using and are now planning their entire customer service with Teleopti CCC.

The expansion adds another 250 people to the total number of staff being forecasted and scheduled. Telenor also adds the functionality Performance Manager for a flexible and powerful analysis tool for their customer service.

The Municipality of Karlskrona - Saves time consuming administration with TEM solution from Teleopti 

The Municipality of Karlskrona had been struggling for years with heavy administration when came to telecom invoices. Each department was responsible for their own telecom costs and they allocated the costs manually.

- When we started a project to abandon all fixed extensions and instead use 
3000 mobile telephones we wanted to invest in a complete TEM-system,
says Bebben Malmström, Telecom Coordinator at the Municipality of Karlskrona.
- At the same time our IT-department started a project to purchase an Asset Management System.

They wanted an efficient system to know the exact locations of the computers, the leasing periods and control of licenses in general.

Bebben Malmström and the IT-Manager came up with the idea to use Teleopti Pro as an Asset Management system for both IT and Telecom and Teleopti confirmed that the solution could be adapted to their needs.

Teleopti part of the leading call center event i Europe
Call Center World Berlin February 2010


Teleopti was again part of the Call Center World event in February 2010 in Berlin. We had a new stand in the main hall and our recently strengthened team for the German-speaking countries. We met with more than 50 new and old customers and partners, gathered a lot of positive feedback and suggestions for improvement of our award-winning solutions, and had a lot of fun at the traditional dinner and party on the second night. Teleopti was a proud sponsor of a special Call Center Club, an XING-Network organisation with over 10.000 members working in the Call Center arena. All in all it was an excellent working and networking event.
